Amelia Harvey (1963-October 1993) was the wife of James Harvey and the mother of Kat Harvey. After death, Amelia became an angel, watching over her husband and daughter. One Holloween night, she came to Jade and Casper and let Casper become human for one night before seeing her husband one more time before she descended back to heaven.

Biography ==
Amelia was born in 1963. She later met, dated and married Dr. Harvey. Their daughter, Kat Harvey was born in 1980. She later died of unknown causes in 1993.
After death[]
Instead of becoming a ghost, Amelia crossed over and became an angel. Sometime later, she meets JT McFadden, who expresses the proudness he has in his son and daughter for making his dream come true. She comes across Casper and Jade when they are in the attic and grants Casper to live again for one night. She later came before her husband, and said it was time for him to move on and to realize their daughter was now a teenager and told him how to father her properly. As the clock strikes ten, Casper becomes a ghost and Amelia returns to the afterlife promising to see her husband and daughter again.
